IndusLaunch provides an AI-powered website creation service for small businesses. Through WhatsApp-based conversations, we collect your business information and generate a professional website. Our services include:
- AI-assisted website creation via WhatsApp
- Website hosting and management
- Custom domain support (on eligible plans)
- Analytics and lead management (on eligible plans)
3. User Accounts
When you use our service, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete business information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Create websites with illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
- Misrepresent your business or services
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly through Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of request
6. Free Preview
We offer a free website preview with no payment required. The free preview:
- Includes IndusLaunch branding
- Is available for a limited period
- May have limited features compared to paid plans
- Can be upgraded to a paid plan at any time
7. Intellectual Property
The content you provide (text, images, business information) remains yours. The website templates, designs, code, and IndusLaunch branding are owned by IndusLaunch. You receive a license to use the generated website as long as your subscription is active.
8. Website Content
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content on your website. IndusLaunch is not liable for any content you provide or approve for your website.
9. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will try to notify you in advance of planned downtime.
10. Cancellation & Termination
- By You: Cancel anytime via WhatsApp or email. Your website remains active until the end of the billing period.
- By Us: We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible.
- After Cancellation: Your website data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
11. Limitation of Liability
IndusLaunch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify IndusLaunch against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
